Welcome!!!

Thanks for stopping by my page at Sunshine Studio Wellness Centre. My name is Cherry-Ann James. I am the owner and operator here at the studio where I'm currently providing Registered Massage Therapy services, to Campbellford and the surrounding communities.

About me:

My massage therapy career began on the Danforth in Toronto the year of 2012. Working at a full service clinic gave me the opportunity to collaborate with an amazing team of therapists including but not limited to chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, naturopaths, and acupuncturists, just to name some!

In 2013 I decided to continue learning about the body in depth and went back to school to study osteopathy. Through many life hurdles and challenges I completed a five year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. Currently, I continue to complete my osteopathic research with hopes of becoming a licensed osteopathic practitioner shortly.

This intensive program allowed me to do a deep dive into many common conditions that people suffer with today, such as:
- neck & back pain
- hip, knee, ankle & foot pain
- headaches & migraines
- TMJD
- vision disturbances
- concussion & balance related symptoms
And so many more!!!

All of this knowledge has followed me in my massage therapy practice. Here I can put it to work to the advantage of me and my clients who experience a wide range of symptoms.

I'm so happy to be part of the Campbellford community, sharing all that I have to offer.
