The team at Helix Hearing Care in Belleville can provide support to you if you need batteries, wax guards or repairs. Telecare services are also available. With telecare, your hearing aids can be programmed or fine-tuned by one of our hearing care professionals - all in the comfort of your own home.

You can also contact our customer service team at 1-855-283-4848 – from 8:30am to 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time; Monday to Friday.
