The BAKEHOUSE is open today and there baking is begun.
The lunch line is open from 10:30-2:00

The soup is Roasted red pepper and creamy tomato… 100% veggies grown on site. Tower to table… just like that!

The chicken bacon Monterey is back for today and so is the blackberry brie and bacon grilled cheese.

All others sarnies available too!

Happy Monday folks! The BAKEHOUSE is having a rest today.
Just a reminder that fresh baking occurs only Wednesday to Saturday. You can order your breads, cinnamon buns and other baked goods ahead to ensure you get what you need. Food cost, packaging and labelling is wreaking havoc all over. So it just can’t be sitting around. I will also continue to run the lunch line 10:30-2:00pm Tuesday to Friday. The occasional Monday I’ll be open. The menu will be limited.
This week the blue plate will be chicken cordon bleu with Parmesan garlic sauce, provencale herbed vegetables and oven roasted baby potatoes. Will be ready for pick up on Friday after 11 am

There are benefits to purchasing from inspected kitchens including experience and proper food handling procedures. The baking is fresh made on market days and not transported outside of the building until you purchase it.

Morning folks! It’s blue plate day and today it’s AAA fresh roasted beef with Yorkshire pudding, garlic mashed potatoes and provencial garlic vegetables. Of course there’s creamed horseradish and the gravy is deep:)
