Even though it’s been another all nighter the BAKEHOUSE will be no lunch service or the blue plate tonight. Back at it tomorrow though.
I will be at the mirror lake center from 1pm-5pm or until I’m sold out.

Well it’s my coffee time over here at the BAKEHOUSE…..
been shovelling coal all night, squeezing the bellows in the engine room, output is high and there are lots of orders.

1. Our market table is now in front of my shop which is much easier for me in terms of how many millions of steps I get each day. Just remember that the Rose City Farmers Market Association is where it’s going down today from 12-4 in the Duggan Wellness Centre.

2. Fruitcakes- we’ve gone through 600 pounds of fermented fruit…. At the rate we’re going the fruitcakes will be finished for the year in about two weeks.

3. Cookie and office tray orders. If you make the order, please prepay and specify the date you will pick up. Companies can be invoiced.

4. Pricing- things have to go up a bit….due to ingredient cost, there is already very little profit…. As a single person and business owner, sustainability is paramount.
I will continue to try to keep prices as controlled as I can. So it is what it is🤷🏻‍♀️
