The soup today is a flavourful winter soup- lentil, ham and vegetables with fresh herbs. Lots of fibre and protein:)

The sandwich is the chicken, Canadian back bacon club, filled to the rim with all the groceries!

Happy Monday BAKEHOUSE fans!
We’ve had a lot of new followers and it’s time that we let them know what I’m all about here.

Closed Sundays and most Mondays.
Lunch service from 10:30-2:00/3:00 tuesdays to saturdays
Mostly everything is homemade and grown on site.
Each week I have a blue plate special that can be preordered/prepaid and picked up.
This week is chicken cordon bleu made with fresh back bacon, Swiss cheese and fresh tower spinach, twice baked potato casserole and steamed garden veg. My towers can grow just about everything we need so usually broccoli, zuchinni, peppers and carrots is the vegetable selection. Comes with fresh homemade soup. This meal is 20$
Also will run the family sized pizza special again this week. It’s 20$

Towers are on site and grow fresh herbs for sale. Ill always announce when ready to go.

Expecting a new mixer either today or tomorrow…. So no yeast baking until Wednesday this week. Im too old to knead bread and buns.
Still have a great hustle though…

I make freezer and fresh meals as well as meal kits that you prepare. I cater 50 or less and make fruit, meat and veg charcuterie platters. Also must be preordered and prepaid.

I post every day usually at 3 am…if you can’t handle early daily posts you’ll want to adjust your settings.

6-8 minutes in the oven

Available until 2 pm tomorrow.

Next week the blue plate will chicken cordon blue.
Just take it home and heat it. No pots and pans and dinner is on the table in less than 10 minutes!
