It’s Friday at the BAKEHOUSE…. 10:30-2:00 today, and heres the hustle…
From the engine room,
Fresh bread
•Russian rye with caraway
•9 grain multi loaf
•cheddar buns
•fresh fudge
•caramel pecan brownies
•Saskatoon crumble pies
•assorted cookies

From the front of the house…
•French Canadian split pea with fresh baked ham
•we’re still running the BAKEHOUSE crunch wrap with Venture Eats Food Truck pulled pork
•the grilled turkey club panini
•egg salad croissant

The BAKEHOUSE is throwing out a little survey over the next few weeks… I want to hear from my customers and followers.
Question 1: Should the BAKEHOUSE open for dinner service from 4-6 pm during the week… Tuesday to Friday? I would serve a blue plate special for dine in or take out. Think roast beef dinners, lasagne, pasta and sauce etc. Hot and ready.
Question 2: Should we bring back the meal kits? For example my Mediterranean shrimp, scampi, hawaiian chicken etc
Question 3: should the BAKEHOUSE get a neon sign?

The first two ideas require different permits from AHS and thats easy enough to do.
