π· Spring yoga invites us to gently reawaken. Slow flows begin to gather a little more rhythm, weaving in soft movement with moments of stillness. Poses like low lunge, gentle twists, and heart-opening shapes help stimulate circulation, support detoxification, and encourage fresh energy to move through the body. Props are still welcome companions, offering steadiness as we begin to explore a bit more space and expansion.
π· Practices become a balance of grounding and rising. We root down through the legs and feet while inviting lightness through the spine and breath. Subtle backbends and fluid transitions replace long holds, and mindful movement helps shake off winterβs stagnation. Rather than pushing, we listen for the bodyβs natural impulse to grow and reach toward what feels enlivening.
π· We will be celebrating spring & awakening practices all this week. If it feels aligned, youβre warmly invited to join us... either in the studio or from home.
