I am one person, one very busy, very burnt out person.
Some small businesses are ran by one person. Yes, singular person booking, social media, PR, book keeping, chart writing, and last and most importantly doing the work as a chiropractor. So yes, sometimes messages slip, sometimes I open a message and get called to a room for a patient, and sometimes I am merely burnt out. To keep my cost for adjusting affordable for everyone, I do not have the spare money to hire a bookkeeper, front desk, etc. Now, this leaves me in a pickle as there has been quite a few things heard, and I am a person not a robot. 😉🤖
So I have a few options:
1) keep operating as I am and just be patient with me and I continue to operate at a low affordable cost
2) double my prices so I can hire a front desk.
3) quit animal chiropractic all together.
Going forward, any negative statements made about me in person or on socials (yes, I hear everything, the animal world is quite small) will be kindly deleted and likely not served, which is truly a shame because I love all of you.
IF YOU HAVE MESSAGED ABOUT MY WEST DAY, I am getting back to everyone just lining out my day so I can give everyone a time.
