I’m not super active on social media but always here for help still!

September is almost here!

Parents especially will be trying to find a schedule again as kids go back to school but even so, everyone’s summer is coming to an end and vacations over, prepping for fall and winter, maybe you feel ready to jump back into regular exercise…

Maybe it’s been on your mind “ I wish I could get my nutrition on track in an easier and sustainable way, your tired of all the “diets” out there that are confusing a lot of work and you don’t get to enjoy foods you like due to restrictions… and maybe you don’t get results you want…

What if you could build your own step by step program along side me to create a manual of healthy habits that are what will have you living you best healthy life.

Whoops! By happy Monday I mean happy Tuesday! Summer life with kids at home makes the mom brain mush!

But what helps with that is proper sleep too!

Ever notice scale increases or clothes not fitting well after a few days of sh*tty sleep? It’s not fat pounds building after a few days it’s inflammation and water so stress less and take better care.

If you need some tips to improve your sleep 👇🏻

* clean bedding and organized clean bedroom
* stop screen time 1 hour before bed
* warm or hot shower before bed to relax the body
* exercise daily
* go to bed early enough!
* sometimes stopping drinking water an hour or two before bed can help avoid middle of the night bathroom breaks

10 Weeks to Healthy Habits is complete!

I am looking for up to 10 women any age, any profession, any goals, to create sustainable healthy change for the future you!

This program is your learners manual to your own health and fitness.

We don’t jump into workouts right off from the start.

I don’t tell you what to eat or give you a meal plan.

That is not what you need because that is not sustainable. You are in control of what you eat.

We learn about our own bodies and try new things, we see what is working and what is not.

Each week I have added information to help you decide for yourself what you need as well give you as much knowledge as possible to create healthy habits that lead to sustainable change.

We know we shouuuld eat veggies but why actually? I wrote about why in week two. I explained what they do for us and what goes in the body and mind. You get to learn about veggies, carbs, protein and fats!

Week 2 you will also get a custom easy to follow portion plan for your goals to follow using foods you like!

Each week you gather more and more knowledge for and of yourself and it will only lead to healthy habits that change your for the better!

10 minute workout day 3 ✅

Okay on the workouts in the app I wrote 2-3 sets but here I did 5 sets because I had time and energy 🙂 Go for it if you want to as well!

I was actually baking cakes and had 13 minutes left on the clock so took the opportunity to get the 10 minutes in- was perfect 🙂 and with the 3 year old to help 🙂

They are always watching even if it’s only 10 minutes!
