Starting is hard.

Starting again can feel even harder!

Just know this. We welcomed you back with open arms!

No matter how long it’s been, how “out of shape” you feel, or where you’re (re)starting point is - we want to make your health and fitness work for you in 2026.

1️⃣ focus on building muscle. Muscle is a requirement for body composition changes! It helps burn more calories, gives the “toned” appearance, and most importantly, makes you feel strong and capable! Muscle truly is the organ of longevity

2️⃣ I’d focus on getting 30-40g or protien at each meal. Protein fuels muscle growth, keeps blood sugar balanced, aids in recovery, and keeps you feeling full long after you eat!

3️⃣ Sleep and hydrate. The two most underrated but valuable habits. Your body cannot thrive if it’s exhausted and dehydrated. Drink your water and go to bed!

4️⃣ I would not be afraid of intensity. Of course, intensity needs to match your ability, but our bodies need to be challenged in order to change. As much as we need sleep, we also need to get our heart rate up, and muscles challenged (you can do hard things!)

5️⃣ Have a plan, a coach, and accountability. You don’t need to try to figure it all out on your own. Health and fitness can be confusing, and there WILL be times you don’t want to do it. That’s why we exist 👋🏻
