DEEP DIVE EXPERIENCE

The Deep Dive is a program that works with the inner-shadows of an individual. Inner shadows are composed of parts of the self that are subconsciously rejected. They create negative patterns in life and hold us back to embody who we are meant to be. Creating a safe space for men to gather and connect in brotherhood and access part hat has been hidden from themselves and bring light and love for those emotions to rise and be held in a comfort zone.

This program is designed for those who are ready to dance and play with their inner shadows in a healthy way. The goal with this work is to increase self-awareness, self-acceptance and compassion within themselves.

And after so many requests we finally have the opportunity to bring the Man Aligned medicine to Edmonton, Alberta. This event will happen April 29th, on a Saturday.

After a few requests it’s time to bring the brotherhood medicine to Edmonton, AB.

This is a full day immersion for those folks who identify as men and want to take a step forward towards their discomfort.

If you are tired of feeling alone and not belonging this space is for you. We create a safe space for men to gather and connect with themselves, others and with the source.

As spring is returning to the Canadian Rockies we are gearing up for more offerings, men have been asking what's it like to attend a circle, day immersion or deep dive event?
Well mens work is not something that can often be described, However here is a glimpse into what men have been saying....

Incredible. Absolutely would recommend to other men. Unique and needed experience to bring men together in spaces where we cannot usually connect.

Great, I feel like we need more time/days haha. This work is so needed. We really all need it whether we realize it or not.. the space felt safe and sacred and I thank you two for all that you do. I am so glad I got to be a part of this experience and look forward to the next.
