Amy is a Holistic Well-Being Practitioner, Certified Aromatherapy Health Practitioner, and Energy Worker with over 18 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She is the founder and remedy maker behind Luna Rose Remedies — a Canadian-grown business offering a variety of healing modalities alongside handmade, heartfelt aromatherapy products.

Guided by her passion for supporting wellness on every level, Amy helps her clients navigate emotional, mental, and physical well-being through holistic body treatments such as Aroma Massage, Breathwork, and custom essential oil blends. Her own journey into Holistic Therapy and Aromatherapy began after years of struggling with anxiety, digestive issues, insomnia, and skin conditions. When conventional medicine offered little relief, Amy turned to alternative healing — discovering the profound impact of yoga, meditation, energy work, and aromatherapy in restoring her vitality and balance.

With a reverence for inclusive, creative spaces, Bethany’s classes offer a unique journey for exploration. Drawing from both the roots of Ashtanga and her own background in burlesque, pole fitness, aerial hoop and aerial yoga. Bethany invites her students to dance their vinyasa through blissful movement.

When each student steps onto their mat, they are encouraged to turn inwards towards themselves to meet them exactly as they are - peeling away layers that come between and slowly uncovering the divine within. Known as Kohkum (Cree for grandmother), she carries the role of a Way Shower — guiding others to see through the mist, reclaim their power, and find the path that calls them forward.

A practicing Shaman, Kohkum has trained in the Peruvian Munay-Ki tradition and studied over a dozen spiritual and religious paths, weaving Indigenous wisdom and universal teachings. Her practice includes Mediumship, Akashic Records, Meditation, Sound Healing, Medical Intuition, Tarot, and even Tattoo Readings.

Rooted in her connection to the Cree people and her soul family in Canada, she honors the lineage of her son and his father while sharing her own medicine in service to others.

Jenn is a Calgary-based Art Therapist, Counsellor, and Podcast Host who has devoted the past 7 years to bringing the healing power of art therapy to communities both locally and internationally. With an infectious passion for the creative process, she is known as The Traveling Art Therapist—sharing her work through social media, her podcast Art Therapy Is, and now her latest adventure: renovating a school bus named Thelma to bring art therapy across North America.

Her path has been shaped by years of connecting deeply with people from all walks of life, including individuals living outside, where she witnessed a profound pattern of unspoken grief—especially among men. This inspired a shift in her private practice to focus on creating safe spaces for men to process loss, trauma, and identity through creative expression. She is also the founder of the non-profit organization My Friend Dave Project, dedicated to mental health awareness and support.

Alongside this work, Jenn facilitates powerful women’s circles that offer connection, reflection, and healing in community. At the Metamorphosis Retreat, she will guide participants through art-based practices—collage, sculpture, photography, and more—designed to bypass mental barriers, access inner truth, and release what no longer serves them.

Jenn’s facilitation weaves compassion, deep listening, and a belief that creativity can be a direct pathway to transformation, helping people reconnect with themselves, each other, and the parts of their soul ready to be seen.
