Meet Your Rockies Restorative Retreat Guide: Amy ✨

Amy is a Holistic Well-Being Practitioner, Certified Aromatherapy Health Practitioner, and Energy Worker with over 18 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She is the founder and remedy maker behind Luna Rose Remedies — a Canadian-grown business offering a variety of healing modalities alongside handmade, heartfelt aromatherapy products.

Guided by her passion for supporting wellness on every level, Amy helps her clients navigate emotional, mental, and physical well-being through holistic body treatments such as Aroma Massage, Breathwork, and custom essential oil blends. Her own journey into Holistic Therapy and Aromatherapy began after years of struggling with anxiety, digestive issues, insomnia, and skin conditions. When conventional medicine offered little relief, Amy turned to alternative healing — discovering the profound impact of yoga, meditation, energy work, and aromatherapy in restoring her vitality and balance.

Her training includes a PGCE in Teaching and Education, accreditation with the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists, study under Reiki Master Clare Russell (10th in line of the Usui Reiki System), and dedicated time at the Aukana Trust’s Inner House of Tranquillity Monastery in Wiltshire, UK, where she studied Buddhist teachings of mindfulness and meditation.

With a reverence for inclusive, creative spaces, Bethany’s classes offer a unique journey for exploration. Drawing from both the roots of Ashtanga and her own background in burlesque, pole fitness, aerial hoop and aerial yoga. Bethany invites her students to dance their vinyasa through blissful movement.

When each student steps onto their mat, they are encouraged to turn inwards towards themselves to meet them exactly as they are - peeling away layers that come between and slowly uncovering the divine within. Inviting challengers for those that seek it but above all, inviting joy into moments of practice and playfulness.
