My visits with Jakub have been very beneficial for me! Came in with severe numbness in the arm, and worries of developing carpal tunnel, and over the course of a few sessions he has been able to show me the roots of my problem and has given me instant relief.
Even went out of his way to make time in his schedule because mine was kind of strict, and took even more time to show me some exercises to do on my own to help. Told him he's not allowed to leave Canmore as he's now my go to for my achy breaky body. Would definitely recommend visiting him for any issues!
