Proud to be Your Hometown Pharmacy
Darren, Peter, and Randy have proudly carried on Hugh Gourlay’s vision of community pharmacy from the time he opened his first store in Banff in 1923 - arriving from Toronto, falling in love with the mountains, and making the Bow Valley his new home. In 1994, when the boys bought Briggs Pharmacy in Canmore, re-naming it Gourlay’s, Darren made Canmore home for both his professional and family-life. Today Gourlay’s Clinic Pharmacy is still owned by the boys, with Darren managing and practicing in this location, while Peter and Randy work out of their Banff location. We are proud to be part of the oldest locally owned and managed pharmacies in the Bow Valley!
