💜It’s been a whirlwind lately
The days fly by and if you blink…you might just miss a year! There is so much on the go all the time. It is no surprise that the energy can have that undertone too. What have you been feeling lately? Have you been anxious? Excited? Sad?
Have you noticed any irritability or frustration?
Maybe it’s the opposite for you and you feel more uplifted and light. Motivation may be increased or you might feel like you are lacking it.

Today I was feeling anxious. I woke up super anxious which isn’t a common thing for me really. Sure it happens once in a while but I can usually shake it off.

When I tune in and ask my body what’s up, it reminds me of all the things that I have been feeling lately and experiencing.

My “people pleaser” side (which I am working on) steps forward and tries to tell me that I’m letting someone down. Well who? Who is it?
Those feelings of my worthiness (and when I’m feeling rough…the lack of worthiness echos in my head.

This constant feeling and need that I have to over give and over do it because I’m not worthy of taking up space otherwise?

Oh man, what a crock of crap that I am feeding myself. It is no wonder that I feel drained and cranky.

Tuning in to myself is definitely something that deserves my time. I am important and my feelings matter. I am allowed to take downtime and not feel guilty. I am worthy of taking up space and being here.

It is mind boggling how hard we can be on ourselves? Have you noticed that at all?
Have you felt anxious or out of sorts lately?
Have you been meaning to do more for yourself?

With so many energetic shifts happening. It is no wonder we are all a bit messy. Pulled in different directions and just doing the best we can with what we’ve got.
