Hey everyone, it's Leanne Popoff
I have taken some time away to work on a few things.

Just checking in! Letting everyone know I'm not dying, I am ok😂 but I most definitely met my limit and had my body tell me to re-evaluate my boundaries!

So I'm doing all the things to take care of my repetitive strain injuries, 🤕

my brain yelling "settle down red head", 🤯

and adjusting to meeting the needs of my family, the little ones have voiced their opinion and I darn will honor them! 💖🙏

That being said, as I juggle setting up a new space in Alberta and healing I will not be in Canora to provide Services until the end of June,

🚗June 27-July 6 to be exact, you can book this online or send me a text.

In the meantime, our massage therapist Carmen, will be coming in casually.

Hey everyone, I’m Jenna! Founder of The Nurtured Mama. I recently took the Full Spectrum Doula course from Doula Canada.
I’ll be offering Fertility Coaching, Labor and Delivery Doula Services as well as Postpartum Support.

My passion with birth all started with my own births! I have two beautiful children, Kinley and Luther. I gave birth to both of them at home. I had an amazing doula attend my first birth and my second I did unassisted with just me and my partner at home. Both were ECSTATIC, EUPHORIC & EMPOWERING! That’s why I became obsessed with all things birth. I want every single women to feel that. To feel empowered in their births! That’s also why I am a HUGE advocate for home births. We were built to birth and that is our power.

I also had the best little postpartum bubbles. I rested, ate nourishing and warming foods, drank teas and tended to my body. Received massages, yoni steams and reflexology. Took care of myself so I could take care of babies.

I’m here to support you and try to give you the best experience possible in your journey to motherhood. 💕
