🦋 2:00 p.m. Chair Yoga: join us at 24 Meehan Street in Capreol at the Millennium Center.
$5/class‼️
👉 Yoga mats provided, bring an open mind and wear something comfortable.
Classes available online and in person.

🦋 10:30am Chair Yoga at Atikameksheng Anishnawbek Community Centre, followed by Diners Club and Urban Pole Walking 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️(indoor and out, if weather permits).

🦋 7pm Gentle Yoga at the Millennium Centre in Capreol, 24 Meehan St.(also available online).

7 years ago today, Metamorphosis opened it's doors in Val Caron. Many hours went into the planning and ex*****on of preparing that space, and thousands of dollars....
A huge thank you to everyone who has made this all possible over the years. 💚
I was reflecting that it's a bit fitting that the form has changed in regards to the physical space, in keeping with the meaning of transformation. 🦋
I did not know what was in store when we chose the name Metamorphosis Creative Transformation Studio (thank you for brainstormingthat with me Lisa Morris).
So much growth and change has transpired‼️
I'm truly grateful that although the "dream has changed" over time, I've prayed to accept each transition with grace, and I'm still so honored to be helping people, one yoga and meditation class at a time. Whether it's in the basement of a group home with developmentally challenged adults, on a video call for a private lesson, in a park, recreation center, or in a community center on a First Nation reserve, I'm honored to be sharing the gift of yoga. 🙏

So we have an announcement! 📢
Metamorphosis will now be teaching classes at the Millennium Center in Capreol, starting Tuesday November 18th. 👉 From this date forward, all classes will be held at 24 Meehan Street in Capreol, (beside the Capreol arena).

We want to say a huge thank you to the Northern Ontario Railroad Museum and Heritage Centre for graciously allowing us to host our classes both outside on the beautiful grounds of the museum and upstairs in the heritage center.

You will now register for 5 week blocks, you can do so at any Library/CitizenServiceCenter, the Millennium Center itself, or online (if you go to the CGS website, create an account, click register, Adult Fitness, Yoga, then you can use the filter to see what the Millennium Center classes are). Classes are $5 each.

The schedule will remain the same:
Morning classes: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30am Evening class: Wednesday 7:00 p.m. and
Chair Yoga: Thursday at 2:00 p.m.
We look forward to welcoming you to our new space. 🙏🦋
Workshops and special programming will still be available in this new location!
Stay tuned for dates for Family Yoga and Teen Yoga. 💚
