An incredibly valuable article which I have been reinforcing with all my yoga students for over 10 years. So many benefits and especially a read that can hopefully bring awareness for any human beings. Health and immunity boost through nasal breathing and reduced illness guaranteed.
In a simple way, nose 👃 is for breathe and mouth 👄 is for eating and our breathe plan-B.
Breathe is our primary vital function and nasal breathing is our ultimate goal in conscious breathing for an ultimate body mind spirit connection!
