Things are coming along quickly on the mushroom side of things. Liquid culture and grain spawn are made up. I have started with some of the easiest species to grow at home and indoors.
I will have 1 blue oyster, 1 lion's mane and 1 bear's head kit available for whomever may want

Jars of rye berries in the pressure canner for 90 minutes at 15 PSI. These will be inoculated tomorrow once they cool down. We should have grain spawn in a couple weeks.
