Yoga Nidra or “ yoga sleep” is a guided meditation technique, inducing, profound, physical, mental and emotional relaxation while maintaining full consciousness.
Key benefits include reduced stress, anxiety, and chronic pain, improved sleep quality( treating insomnia) and for some a 30 minute session can feel equivalent to 2 to 4 hours of sleep.
It boost, cognitive function, emotional healing, and balances the nervous system system.
Students are required to bring one or two pillows and their favorite blanket and be sure to arrive in comfortable clothing.
