Digital Mobile Health Card now available

The Alberta Government has announced that the new Mobile Health Card is now available through the Alberta Wallet app. This digital card will serve as valid proof of health insurance coverage throughout Alberta. It can be presented at hospitals, clinics and other medical settings, just like the current paper card. For more information, please visit the provided link.

**Notice of Afternoon Closures – 2nd Ave Location**
Please be advised that our 2nd Ave building will be closed in the afternoons on Tuesday, July 29 and Thursday, July 31.
The front office will be closed on these mornings; however, the back office will remain open for scheduled morning appointments. Patients with appointments are asked to use the side entrance.
Mainstreet Medical will remain open each day during regular business hours.
You can also book appointments online at cardstonclinic.ca or call 811 for medical advice from a health professional.
