Pelvic floor therapy treats the muscles and connective tissue of the pelvic diaphragm. A healthy pelvic floor is important in supporting the lower back, core, and hips. It also helps maintain adequate blood flow within the region. These are important factors in men’s and women’s health.

Just a cute little battle scar from the upper extremity and cervico-thoracic acupuncture course I took this weekend!
Learned so many new acupuncture points, dry needling points, as well as got to review cupping therapy for the upper body☺️ (seriously I feel like my head might explode!)
Looking forward to officially putting it into practice starting tomorrow🙌🏼
