Unreal weekend learning from .jason.paj as he taught us the Integrated Assessment and Integrated Patterning courses, hosted by the gracious !

So lucky to be surrounded by passionate practitioners who care about getting our patients moving better in order to feel better. Already started implementing these assessments, teaching these patterning movements and combining them with the integrated needling techniques in practice!

Had a great time teaching a basic taping course for athletic injuries to high school students from the CDSBEO’s Specialist High Skills Major Health and Wellness program today for the second year in a row! Amazing to see so many young students interested in pursuing a career in health care, and happy I was able to introduce them to the world of caring for musculoskeletal injuries 🩻🩼⚽️🏀🏈🏐🏉🎾🥏🏒🏸🏓⛳️⚾️

Calling the early birds!! 🐦 Did you know that Tuesday and Friday mornings I start at 7am?? ☕️😴 What a better way to start the day!! (I will drink the coffee before coming so I can do the chiropractor things by the time you’re here)

Huge thanks to everyone came out last night to to support (aka myself and )!! We had a great time chatting with players and parents from as well as those from the community who came to chat and learn more about how they can benefit from chiropractic care. Thanks also to and for partnering with us for some gift card give aways- we love wood fired pizza almost as much as we love chiropractic care 🤭 And of course thanks to for coming out to help coordinate and snap some great shots of us- we have a fantastic community of people that we are so grateful for 🫶🏻

We are welcoming the community to join us at the Lanark Highlanders Rugby Club Clubhouse to learn more about the club and learn how we support the club, assist with training plans, and help athletes of any sport improve their performance with tips on health, injury rehab, and staying active.
