Some Saturdays, if possible, are for living slowly. Taking some intentional time to practice a hobby, activity, or past time that brings you joy. Or in other words a day for that mental health check.
Taking the time to refocus after a week filled with commitments is a need rather than a want. If you plan on executing next week's responsibilities, then this is fundamental to your long term survival.
