Donors help make the difference between good health care and the outstanding care offered at the Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital. The CPDMH Foundation was established to strengthen the Hospital’s ability to

provide high quality health care for patients in Carleton Place and surrounding communities. We offer opportunities to support the purchase of safe, quality patient care equipment, staff education, renovations, and redevelopment to our Hospital and we are accountable to our donors, stewarding with respect, integrity and transparency. Foundation staff work together with members of the volunteer Foundation Board of Directors to develop fundraising opportunities and foster successful partnerships with corporate and community groups who support our Hospital and Foundation goals.

Are you passionate about strengthening local healthcare and making a lasting impact where you live? The Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital Foundation is recruiting dedicated Board Members to help guide our governance, champion fundraising priorities, and ultimately to support our hospital to continue providing exceptional care close to home.

We’re seeking leaders with diverse backgrounds who are passionate about strengthening local healthcare with particular expertise in finance, governance & strategic planning, fundraising &/or campaign management, and those with businesses and community leadership.

As a member of our Board of Directors, you will play a critical role in the governance and strategic oversight of the Foundation. You will help guide fundraising priorities, ensure financial accountability, uphold transparency, and champion our mission.
