Hello beautiful people,

Tuning in to your needs isn’t indulgent. Self care is not selfish. It’s necessary. The more we ask, “What do I need right now?” the more natural it becomes to care for ourselves with intention and kindness. Learning to ask “What do I need?” is an act of quiet courage. 🌿

Happy Friday beautiful people!

As the week draws to a close, notice the small ways in which you’ve grown or leaned into a kinder, more gentle relationship with yourself.
The boundaries you held.
The thoughts you challenged.
The moments you chose yourself.
Growth is rarely loud. In fact, it can be imperceptible at times, yet it’s happening. Notice.

Hello beautiful people,

In therapy, we talk a lot about secure attachment — the kind of love that lets you exhale and simply be. That’s Naz. Feeling safe enough to express, explore, and exist without fear. Everyone deserves a place where their nervous system can rest.

Hello beautiful people,

Happy Friday ✨A gentle reminder that you don’t need to end the week with intensity to feel accomplished. Finishing the week with softness, rest, or reflection is just as valid. Give yourself permission to slow down, breathe, and honour where you’re at today. Be proud of how far you have come!

Hello beautiful people,

So many people wait to feel calm after they’ve solved or completed everything — but peace often starts by accepting that most often, things never feel complete. You can feel grounded and peaceful even when life feels busy and the to do list is lengthy. True peace comes from learning to BE not DO. This week practice the BEING MODE not the doing mode. Find quiet and stillness even when things around you are swirling. 🌙

Lest we forget

Today on remembrance day, we honor all our military professionals, especially those that gave all. I give thanks to them and their families for their immense sacrifices for our freedom.

We salute you, we honor, we remember.

Hello beautiful people,

You’re not too sensitive — you’re deeply aware. Feeling deeply isn’t a weakness; it’s emotional intelligence. When you learn to set boundaries and regulate your emotions, that sensitivity becomes your strength — not your burden.
You don’t need to be less sensitive.
You just need to feel safe being yourself.💫

Hello beautiful people,

It’s okay when progress feels small or slow — healing isn’t linear and it’s not about how fast you move. What matters is that you keep at it. Setbacks will occur and are expected and a known part of the change process. Embrace it. Take a breath, honour your effort, and rest this weekend. When you are able, get back at it. Your future self will thank you.

Hello beautiful people,

A new study has found a causal link between gut bacteria and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). This could reshape how we treat mental health — focusing not only on the brain, but also on restoring microbial balance through diet, probiotics, and lifestyle.
Mental health truly starts from the inside out! Read more through the link below!

Today, stop and take a moment to notice the stress in your life. Take inventory….how’s your sleep? Feeling edgy? What’s your body telling you? Instead of pushing through-take note. Stress has a huge impact on mental health but also on overall wellbeing. Work on a plan to address stress. Stress management goes beyond self care and often requires more. Stress management needs to be comprehensive and tailored to you and your circumstances.

Start today by acknowledging the ways in which stress is showing up for you. From there, draft a plan.

Hello beautiful people,

The beginnings of new weeks often bring pressure to start fresh or be productive. But sustainable growth comes from self-acceptance, not constant reinvention. Allow yourself to begin the week grounded in who you already are — capable, evolving, and enough. 🌿
