Head’s up that Bridge Street will be closed to traffic from 7am until 11am tomorrow to accommodate Race Around the Place 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Road Closures – Race Around the Place

On October 25th, 2025, Race Around the Place will be happening in Carleton Place. As a result, the following roads will be closed to accommodate the event:
• Moore Street, from Munro Street to Lake Avenue (7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)
• Bridge Street, from Lake Avenue to Townline Road (7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.)

High Street will be reduced to one (1) lane from Bridge Street to Lockhard Campbell Way.

Residents may experience delays in traffic as participants will be using residential streets and trails. Please see the map below for details.
