I'm having an Open House next Sunday! You are welcome to my home in Carleton Place any time between 1 and 5 pm (Nov 27). I'm planning on including a gallery-type section with information about fused glass - please come and take a look with no pressure to purchase anything!

I will be showing some of my wares this Sunday at The Beach House Massage & Bodywork! As selling is so far out of my comfort zone, it makes sense to give it a try in a soothing place, right? If you're in the area, please stop by and say hi! As you can see by the pics, my lack of selling to date has nothing to do with low stock, lol -- trying to make the right selections and not overthink it. 😎

It's probably pretty clear that I enjoy playing with glass way more than marketing it, lol! So proud of my friend Jennifer Kelly, who made a dream come true after many years of planning, coordinating, teaching, creating and all sorts of other hard-work-type things! The qajaq (kayak) shell was hanging in her studio, Current Works of Glass, when I first started my own glass journey, and it's been so cool following the story of its transformation. In honour of ADHD awareness month, I humbly post a snippet view of my workshop area. My worktable is fairly large, but ongoing projects get moved aside for new projects and the working space gets smaller and smaller until I’m forced to stop, clean up, and start the process all over again...

Hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far, now that it's finally here! Here's a little summery inspiration, on a new dish set I'm adding to my line -- little wavy appetizer-size plates -- they're really cute!
