Journaling can be a very therapeutic self love tool to use to help you work out so many things. Your journal is your very own safe space where all can be told, vented out and kept safely. Sometimes it’s hard to start journaling so that’s where Journal Prompts come in. Journal prompts help to get you started, sometimes open the flood gates and gives you guidance.
