💦love your body and hydrate with h2o. I get it, some days are difficult to have that plain water when your formed habits are other options. Me, I go in spurts with Diet Coke(my coffee), sometimes one a day, very rare two, and sometimes none, and sometimes my water that I do have, has to have flavour. Having that self awareness that I should have more plain water lurks in my brain, to be more consistent rather than occasionally. Not going to beat myself up about it because knowing I am doing better than I have from previous years is a gain for me. Baby steps right?!?! No perfection here, only awareness. 😊

If you’re ever wondering. Us therapists understand it gets costly. I’ve been there before and for me it was worth it. I’d rather keep going than having to start back at square one all the time. Once a person gets to feeling well, it’s recommended monthly maintenance.
