Today Fire and Ice turns 7. As I reflect on the last 7 years, I can not believe this journey has taken me here. I have come across countless people, opportunities, new places, new adventures. I have taken and made changes usually while kicking and screaming because change can be so hard. But I did it. Not without thank you to numerous people on my path. To each of you that helped shape, guide, teach and challenge me, thank you. Thank you does not seem sufficient. Today I’m celebrating where I was, where I’m going, where I came from and where I am headed. My heart is full of gratitude for this beautiful life.♥️. Happy 7th birthday Fire and Ice, may we continue to be lucky enough to keep doing this.

Fire and Ice turns 7 on Thursday. It’s been an incredible road, that I am so incredibly grateful for. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being on this journey with me. I have rebranded and created a new logo. One I feel represents the empowerment inside of my business and inside the transformations many of my clients have achieved. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey, whether it be having worked together, shared my posts, or even just supporting behind the scenes. ♥️♥️.
