Psoas! It’s a tricky muscle. It is potential source of low back and hip pain, because it can tilt the pelvis and arch the low back. The function of the Psoas is to flex the hip joint and bring the upper leg toward the body. When the Psoas is too tight it can cause a strain on the joints of the hip and low back. Do you suffer from low back and hip pain?
