Clearwater County is preparing to create an Area Structure Plan for the Hamlet of Caroline. The purpose of the ASP is to ensure sustainable and orderly future growth and development in the area. As part of this process, residents are invited to share their thoughts.

The kick-off event is the first opportunity for public engagement. It will include a short project presentation, followed by group visioning sessions.
