🌿 Lunch Hour Yin Yoga 🌿
Mid-week reset, anyone? Every Wednesday from 12:00–12:30pm, we pause the day to stretch, breathe, and re-centre with a gentle Yin yoga + meditation practice in our Studio.
This 30-minute class is slow, nourishing, and beginner-friendly. Sessions are facilitated by Dr. Katherine Willow, N.D., with movement support from our in-house yoga instructor Tifanny or a guided video. Each practice is always welcoming and easily adaptable to what feels right for your body.
