If you’ve spent any time in my home you’ll notice I have crystals all over. My absolute favourite crystal is selenite and I admittedly have so much of it and in many different forms. It is such a powerful crystal to have around for its cleansing properties.

A few months ago during my harmonic egg session; something I’d highly recommend everyone trying; my practitioner and I were talking about my office space. She told me for at least two sessions in a row, grind up selenite into a fine powder (because it will dissolve in liquid) and mix into your paint for extra protection on the space. When I broached the idea to my painter she didn’t even hesitate to agree to it. I cannot wait to see how it looks and I am very eager to learn how the space will feel once it’s done.

This is me….Katie, the creator of Uniquely You Healing.
For about 6 years now I’ve been working towards this business; I just didn’t know it when I started my journey.
I believe in angels, spirits, guides, fairies and many other mythical creatures. But most importantly I believe in my intuition and the guidance I receive.
I love crystals, oracle cards, the moon and stars.
My goal is to help bring guidance and support to those who seek it from me and the gifts I wish to offer.
I’m currently working towards building my home business and all that that entails.
I appreciate all the support and encouragement that I have received on this journey so far and will be forever grateful to my teachers along the way.

This is a work in progress for me and I believe for most women. It’s not the easiest to love every version of yourself but is a crucial part of living a good life. I’m grateful for each lesson learned and to every version of myself that got me through each phase. This year I’ll be turning 40 and I know for some that milestone can be daunting but I’m finding that I am excited for this year as so much is unfolding for me! Here’s to creating more versions of myself to love and celebrate!

Update!!! Standing looking at my office space. I’m in love and it makes me so excited to be in the sacred space as it comes together!!

The space is cleaned out, energy cleared and ready for construction to begin tomorrow morning!!! So excited to see this project come to fruition.
