Mobile appointments are available within the town limits of Carstairs, for 60 or 90 minutes treatments.
Unfortunately, these appointments are not available for online booking. Please send me a message to book!

Happy New Year!

I hope you all had a restful Christmas season, and feel ready to tackle 2026!

Over the break we had lots of family time, partook in a few too many charcuterie boards and took a trip out to Abraham lake to show Elliott the ice bubbles.

From the professional side, I have some exciting courses I'll be taking this year that will expand my treatment options. Stay tuned for that!

Starting January 2026, there will be new pricing for my treatments.
With prices going up for everything, I have done my best to keep my treatments affordable and accessible for all of my clients.

Ski season is officially upon us!!! (If you can't tell, I'm a big fan).

I don't think I've ever gotten out snowboarding in November, so this is shaping up to be a nice long season out in the mountains.

The weeks to use up the rest of those benefits and health spending accounts are dwindling quickly. I direct bill to most major insurance companies, submissions to HSAs must be done by self-submission.
