💕Practitioner Update:💕 Dr. Chelsea Paget, D.TCM, R.Ac will be away for a few weeks soaking up time with her new baby girl. This will put a temporary pause on acupuncture and herbal services at the clinic as she embraces this precious time with her little ones. Announcements will be made as to when scheduling will open back up for these services. She looks forward to connecting with you all soon!

The Grove Turns 1️⃣!! 🎉🍾🙌

It is with the most grateful of hearts that our team celebrates our first birthday! It’s been a year of growth and the love and support from this community has been nothing short of amazing. 💕 We have some big plans for this next year, some areas we are excited to improve upon and of course we are always brainstorming how to continue to provide a safe, inspired and ‘healing vibes only’ kinda space for you all!

💚 We Are All Ok! 💚 🙏🙏🙏

This morning we were rattled to the core when we heard black smoke was billowing from our little healing den. Thanks to the quick response of our community members who noticed the smoke and called it in, our amazing team was at the clinic within minutes to check on the situation. Thankfully no one was hurt and there was no fire or damage inside the building or on the exterior. The smoke was apparently coming from an intentional burn outside and behind our building (we don’t have any further information on that at this time). So, business will continue on as usual this week!

It is situations like these where you realize how special our little town is. From the caring and concerned individuals who called it in, to our local heroes at the Carstairs Fire Department, to all the friends and community members who reached out to us personally to make sure everyone and everything was ok, and to family members and the team of amazing healing women at The Grove who dropped everything to race down there and check on the situation when I, Chelsea, was stuck at home without means to get there (healing from just having had my baby - more to share on this 😊👶🏻😍)…thank you, thank you, thank you.

When the vision for The Grove first came into existence, my hope was that it would be a healing space that would bring community together. This morning proved it is that and so much more and it’s because of the amazing people in this town who continue to look out for one another. 💜 Big love to you all! 🙏

As the holiday dust settles ✨and we move back towards routine and daily schedules 📆, let this be your friendly reminder not to forget about your goals, your health and your “you” time. Our team at The Grove is here to support you through this new year and we couldn’t be more excited about it!

We would also like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and say thank you from the bottoms of our hearts. 💜 2025 was our first year open in Carstairs, and this town and surrounding community has been nothing but supportive and has embraced us with open, loving arms. It is an absolute honour to be able to help support you all on your health journeys and it is a task we don’t take lightly. We will continue to be a safe, healing space for all of those who need us in 2026. Here is to a year of health, happiness and magic! ✨🎉
