As the holiday dust settles ✨and we move back towards routine and daily schedules 📆, let this be your friendly reminder not to forget about your goals, your health and your “you” time. Our team at The Grove is here to support you through this new year and we couldn’t be more excited about it!

We would also like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and say thank you from the bottoms of our hearts. 💜 2025 was our first year open in Carstairs, and this town and surrounding community has been nothing but supportive and has embraced us with open, loving arms. It is an absolute honour to be able to help support you all on your health journeys and it is a task we don’t take lightly. We will continue to be a safe, healing space for all of those who need us in 2026. Here is to a year of health, happiness and magic! ✨🎉
