Aromatherapy tips and tricks!

As those flies and other bugs have made there way back to our horses here’s a few essential oils to keep them off our furry friends.

~ peppermint
~ Lemon grass
~ Lavender

Peppermint keeps the bugs away and also helps calm nervousness in our horses, it is also a great essential oil for digestive issue in equines.

Lavender is commonly known to relax horse sand humans but it is also beneficial for cuts & wounds, digestive issues and helping with inflammation.

Lemon grass can help with pain and also is very useful in strengthening a horses immune system.

Note that horses have a much greater sense of smell then us humans do so not as much Esstential oils needs to be used!

Cheers
