Observe life without judgment and you will see that good and bad are only perceptions. Our judgments are actually fears. And what we fear is our shadow self, which is part of our true nature. Everything has a reason, purpose, and an opposite. In light, there's dark, and in dark there's light. One cannot exist without the other and one is not better than the other. To become whole, you must embrace and love the fullness of your nature.
