It's important to have our loved ones understand our wishes. Why not approach the conversations with less awkwardness? We can open these discussions with prompts rather than tasks that all need to be completed.

I am announcing my retirement from my position as Hospice Coordinator, as my husband and I prepare to move to Kamloops to be closer to our children and grandchildren.
It has been a true privilege to serve in this role. Hospice, and the many remarkable individuals I have had the honor of meeting, will always hold a special place in my heart. This work has been far more than a job-it has been a meaningful and deeply awarding journey.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who has supported both Hospice and myself. In particular, I am profoundly grateful to our dedicated volunteers. Your compassion, commitment, and generosity have been extraordinary and are deeply appreciated.
I would also like to thank the Hospice Board for your unwavering support, leadership, and selfless dedication. Your strength and guidance have been invaluable.
Finally, I am so pleased to welcome the new Hospice Coordinator, Melanie Rudazinsky, who will begin her role on April 13th.

Thank you
Arlee Venier
