🎆 Sparks of Sovereign Sensuality ✨
Halloween in Crescent Bay was pure magic — watching the fireworks light up the sky with my little one snuggled close, and the older one running free with wonder in their eyes.
Something about those bursts of light against the dark reminded me of what it means to rise into our sovereign sensuality — to hold both the softness and the fire, the calm and the wild, the nurture and the spark. 🌕🔥
We are made of duality — sun and moon, mother and muse, stillness and creation.
And when we let it all exist within us… we rise. 💫

Last night at You vs You in Castlegar
we dropped into something deep. 🌹
I guided a Kundalini Yoga journey — a kriya I curated from my own body wisdom — blending Breath of Joy, grounding deep squats, and the fire of Stretch Pose to awaken the inner current of vitality.
We moved, breathed, and remembered the sacred rhythm of life pulsing through us.
We closed with the mantra:
Har Har Hari Wahe Guru —
the sound of creative expansion, the mantra of prosperity, devotion, and gratitude.
After class, I pulled an oracle card.
✨ Pacha Mama — the great mother, the earth herself. ✨
Throughout the evening, I had been using her name without even realizing how fully she was guiding us.
Her presence was tangible — in our breath, in our bodies, in the circle we created together.
This class felt alive, aligned, and rooted in something bigger than me.
Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts and lungs — your energy made the room vibrate with love. 🌬️

This morning’s kriya shook something loose.
Lighter now. Softer too.
More attuned to what we need — not just what the calendar says.
So instead of rushing out to “Strong Start,” we’re staying home.
Slowing down.
Feeling each other.
Reweaving connection, moment by moment.
Because this is the practice too.
This is sovereign sensuality —
Listening deeply. Loving gently. Moving with what feels true.
