Healing is a journey. Inner child work is a big part of that. Taking yourself back to a time when you were hurt as a child and hugging her/him. Telling her/him that you are not alone. Oh how I love making soap in the wintertime!!!

I had a beautiful experience this morning. I’m
Posting about it for anyone that is missing loved ones that have passed.. this time of year can be especially hard.

I decided that I want to wear some of my Grandma’s old jewelry to honor her…so I brought out her jewelry box and was looking at some pieces. I found this heart shaped locket with my Grand parents pictures inside.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw something move…a shadowy flash…Nothing there😉.

I put the locket down(laid flat-closed and sealed). A moment later while I was looking at some earrings, I heard a pop and a tinny sound. Looked down and the heart insert and Grandpa’s picture lay perfectly in front of the closed locket.

Grandpa came for a visit and he was showing his approval. What a beautiful reminder that even though loved ones have passed…they are watching over us and they do come to visit from time to time.

I hope my experience lends you some piece. Wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas Season filled with blessings 💞
