We are an established practice, offering a complete range of wellness care; physiotherapy, chiropractic treatment, massage, and chiropody. We are proud to have safely provided services to patients and the community throughout Covid. We are committed to safety for all and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and experienced front desk receptionist to join our team.

Greet and register patients at the office - with strict covid-19 restrictions
Answer a multi-line telephone system
Processing insurance claims and payments
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Communicating with patients, providers and insurance companies
Opening and closing of the office
Keep the front desk professional and organized
Manage booking/referral processes
Maintain sales
Maintaining and cleaning exam rooms / sterilizing and disinfecting equipment
Detail oriented
Provide comprehensive reports to the management team
