But did you know that research also shows that music therapy has profound positive impacts on the mental wellbeing of older adults? Not to mention, that moving to the music while seated is a form of safe and gentle exercise. 🎶

All the more reason to keep shaking those maracas!

Christmas cheer filled the air at Fairfield Residence today!

We had a visit from the youth choir of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of St. Demetrius, who came to sing beautiful carols. 🎶

Our residents were ready with their best festive outfits and gifts that they received from Santa Claus who visited that morning! 🎅

While we unfortunately cannot speak all 200+ languages spoken in Toronto, acceptance and celebration of cultural diversity is one of our core values.
