Now accepting new patients at Blossom Health!

We are excited to welcome Musa Reza, Manual Osteopath to the team, offering comprehensive, hands-on care in rehabilitation, mobility, and wellness.

Outside of practice, he loves gymming, archery, and exploring Toronto’s best spots for food and fun.

His goal is to help people address the root causes of pain and dysfunction with a thoughtful and informed approach to feeling and staying better.

I’ve been working at full capacity and will be taking some time off during summer.

During that time, I’ll be limiting my bookings to current clients only.

I switched to lotion. Why?

Mainly because of the amount of myofascial work I do. Most people I see haven’t had the necessary fascial release done to increase range, decrease pain, and move more smoothly.

Lotion can be soothing after myofascial release. The lotion I use:

⚪️ contains aloe vera and vitamin E to help soothe the skin ⚪️ is more absorbent than oil, so leaves you less greasy
⚪️ is less likely to clog pores
⚪️ is hypoallergenic
⚪️ suits most skin types.

If you have allergies or sensitivities, please let me know, as I have many options to accommodate you.

Having a hard time finding an appointment?

I promised more hours where possible, so I’ve added in a few Tuesdays in the coming weeks.
