👩🏼‍⚕️We have a million other tools to manage perimenopause symptoms and take care of long term health, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be on hormone therapy. If you’re struggling with crazy PMS symptoms, some variation on a hot flash, or just not feeling like yourself its worth getting a work-up to determine if perimenopause is playing a role and what can be done about it. Women need to function, and we can’t let our hormones get in the way of our quality of life and productivity! 💪
