2025 was an incredible year for Rise! We are so grateful for the trust and support from our community. Because of that growth, several of our practitioners are ADDING EXTRA SHIFTS, giving more availability and flexibility moving forward into 2026 🙌🏽

🏋🏾 Richard (physio) will be adding a Saturday shift starting Jan 17. He will also be adding a Wednesday evening shift starting in February.
🦷 Linda (dental hygiene) will be adding a Thursday evening shift
💆‍♀️Amanda (massage) will be adding select Thursday shifts
👩🏻‍⚕️Dr. Lori (chiropractor) will be adding select Saturday shifts

✨ My Story ✨

I had the pleasure of sharing my journey with Roger at The Feel Better Podcast, what an amazing experience it was to reflect on where I’ve been and how I got here.

I’ve always believed that our greatest challenges bring our greatest gifts. Tearing both ACLs may have changed the trajectory of my soccer career, but it also opened the door to chiropractic, a path that completely changed my life and ultimately led to Rise.

I knew I wanted to be a doctor and help people, but I didn’t know what path that would take until I started shadowing different professions. When I discovered chiropractic, it just clicked. The focus on preventive care, natural healing, and helping people feel like themselves again—it was exactly what I was looking for.

I also knew I wanted to build something bigger than myself—a multidisciplinary team where each practitioner could perfect their skills, support one another, and help every patient reach their goals. That vision became the foundation of Rise.

I’m so grateful to share this story and thank you to everyone that has supported me along the way!
