Holistic Harmony Health and Wellness helps its clients on their path to optimum health and healing by inspiring and empowering them through education, allowing them to take control of their health. , Mind, and Spirit. Our focus is to help individuals heal themselves, by bringing their body into homeostasis, at which point internal healing can occur. We use Biofeedback Analysis Testing to detect homeostatic imbalances (stressors) and then use the BIE Modality as a tool to effectively facilitate the return of the body’s cells to homeostasis, thereby alleviating suffering and promoting health. With the combined knowledge of Holistic Nutrition and the BIE Modality, we use a multi-directional approach and tailor individualized healing and detoxification programs to support each client’s specific needs. Key specializations include treatment for: allergy alleviation, food intolerances, digestive disorders, and hormonal imbalances. Stressor testing and BIE sessions are available to children (>6 mths), adults, as well as your pets.

It could be a sign of a FODMAP sensitivity — which often points to a deeper issue like:

❌ Not true.

Yes, there may be a short period of avoiding specific foods to reduce inflammation or identify triggers — but the goal is always freedom.

Gut healing isn’t about restriction forever. When you get the right support and rebalance your gut, you can return to enjoying meals with ease, confidence, and joy again 🍝🥂🍓
