Ever wonder what our studio manager actually does all day? She does a little bit of everything. She coaches, she responds to inquiries, she listens to members chat about their day, she does studio tours and checks in with our trial guests the day after their first class. She cleans the nooks and crannies to make sure you don’t see dust bunnies, she develops SOPs so your experience in studio is consistent, clean and high value. She trains our coaches. She repairs equipment, paints and patches walls, films content, manages staff schedules, class schedules, special events, comes up with ways to keep folks engaged and is always happy to offer a crisp high five at the end of a workout🙋🏼‍♀️. She hopes the hundreds of details she fusses over make your experience with us the gold standard- because you deserve it! But don’t wear outdoor shoes on our clean floors or she will have you doing 45 burpees as penance😅! 🙌🏽 but most of all, she’s just so grateful to help shepherd this amazing community!

Last week our very own Membership Coordinator, Dana, had her home in the Philippines struck by back to back typhoons. The roofs were ripped off her families homes, they were knee deep in water and recovery will take weeks if not months. The coffee shop / beach hut Dana’s family started was destroyed. It will cost $3000 to get it back up and running. Hard to imagine by Canadian standards, but a lot over there. If you can spare a few dollars to help Dana and her family rebuild we very much appreciate it.
