There are days when you feel exhausted.

Days when you ask yourself where you went wrong… what you could have done better.

There are days when the lack of rest makes everything feel heavier, and the enthusiasm starts to fade.

You’ve tried so many things—routines, wake windows, advice from friends—and it still doesn’t seem to work. Your baby just doesn’t seem to settle.

You’re not alone.

Do you know what might be missing?

You taking care of yourself.

It’s not selfish. A well-supported, cared-for mum = a happier baby.

And if you need help adjusting things and finding a routine that truly works for your baby, send me a message 😉

Hi, I’m Marina. I’ve been working with babies and families for about 25 years.

I’ve focused on sleep because I know how much it affects families. I don’t believe in “cry it out.” Instead, I use gentle strategies to help babies feel safe and gradually sleep better. There’s always more behind sleep than just routines or feeding.

I don’t promise miracles—but I do know what I’m doing 😉

If you’re looking for support, feel free to message me. I still have 2 spots available for April, and my May schedule is open.

Here’s my website (still under construction) so you can get an idea—my work goes far beyond what’s shown there.

“Taking care… so parents can sleep.”
“What do you mean? You stay with the baby so the parents can rest? That doesn’t make sense…”

Of course it does.

Sleep deprivation is real. It builds up quietly, night after night, until exhaustion takes over — affecting not just energy, but mental and physical health too. Being constantly tired can lead to extreme fatigue, stress, and serious health issues.

Asking for help isn’t weakness. It’s courage.

And sometimes, the best thing parents can do for their baby… is to take care of themselves.

That’s where I come in — someone they can trust, someone who stays so they can finally rest.

And I’m so glad they found me. Now they can sleep, recharge, and just breathe again. 💛

Happy Mother's day to all of us!!!

Ser mãe é perder a cabeça, respirar e recomeçar.
Being a mother is losing your head sometimes, taking a breath, and starting again.

Ser mãe é tentar dar o melhor, errar e recomeçar.
Being a mother is trying to give your best, making mistakes, and starting again.

É não ter tempo para pensar e, mesmo assim, decidir.
It’s not having time to think, and still having to decide.

É viver sabendo que os filhos vão crescer.
It’s living while knowing your children will grow up.

Sou mãe há 19 anos, e que aventura tem sido.
I’ve been a mother for 19 years, and what an adventure it has been.

Todos os dias eu aprendo. Um olhar diferente, uma melhor maneira de falar, um convite para abrandar.
Every day I learn something new — a different look, a better way to speak, an invitation to slow down.

Todos os dias são cheios de momentos que eu sei que eles vão guardar para sempre.
Every day is full of moments I know they will carry with them forever.

Ser mãe é isto: viver e aprender. 😉
Being a mother is this: living and learning. 😉

O que é ser mãe para ti?
What does being a mother mean to you?

Today I got caught in the rain while leaving home with a baby.
I took shelter at a metro stop and suddenly I heard a voice:

“Excuse me, do you want my umbrella? My wife is coming to pick me up, so you can take it.”

In that moment, I felt that there are still good people out there — people who care, people who give.
I know we are living through complicated times. The news often shows a world that sometimes feels like a horror movie. But I still believe that where there is darkness, there is also goodness.

And the best way to create impact is in everyday life — in helping others, in small acts of kindness… in something as simple as lending an umbrella.

Last weekend was Valentine’s Day, and we talked a lot about love.

Maybe this is the love that truly matters — the love we show each other, every single day. ❤️

I can’t express how happy I am… I met the little one and the family yesterday, and honestly, I didn’t really know what to expect.

I absolutely love what I do, and having such a fragile little being regulating themselves with me is a feeling like no other.

Sometimes I doubt whether what I do truly has impact, if I’m not just “one more” in the market… but days — or better, nights — like tonight remind me that I made a difference.

My secret? I think it’s genuinely loving what I do and connecting soul-to-soul with these tiny humans.
Thank you for trusting me.

When did we stop enjoying doing nothing?
The quiet moments… the days with no plans, no rushing, no endless activities for the kids?

Are we asking a bit too much of them sometimes?

I truly believe every family needs at least one day with no routine, no schedule.
A day to simply be.
To play on the floor, to follow the rhythm of our own needs, to breathe.

Parents… do you remember what it was like when we were kids?
Maybe it’s time to be children again—for just one day. ✨💛

When they cry, may our arms become their shelter.
When we don’t know what to do, may our presence be enough.

When the path ahead feels uncertain, may we pause and breathe together.

To be a parent is this — never certain of what’s right, yet always giving love with all we are.

There’s no manual for this.”

Being a cuddle means being present.
It’s about simply being there — because that “just” is what truly matters.

To be a cuddle is to be joy itself. 💛

Science tells us that cuddles make babies feel safer, more confident, and sleep more peacefully. The release of hormones like oxytocin helps your little one feel secure, relaxed, and deeply content.

Before bedtime, give all the cuddles you can — they will never be the reason your baby wakes at night.

And if you ever need gentle guidance with sleep, send me a message.
No tears, no strict rules — just support, kindness, and your baby’s natural rhythm. 🌙
