🤜Marine Push-up💪
This exercise literally builds strength from the ground up. It is one of our favourites for many reasons.🙌
It’s the great equaliser and it doesn’t matter how big or small you are, it stops short or shallow reps.❌
👉This variation hits the posterior chain (the back muscle) and helps correct poor posture (Kyphosis).
👉The hardest part of any push up is when your chest is one inch off the ground. By having your chest and legs touch the ground at each rep, you are building strength from your weakest point.
⚠️Modify by performing the movement from your knees. Be sure your chest and legs come up off the ground at the same time. Use your core and glute to maintain a rigid body position, and push up hard.
