Haha all seriousness though. Protein isn’t just for weight loss.

Studies show that a sufficient amount of protein has benefits for our mental health, in the quality of our muscles and even our bone health !

How much protein should I eat per day ? Well this is dependant on your goal. Are you trying to build muscle or is it just for everyday health.

For everyday you are looking at about 0.8-1.2 grams per kilo (your body mass) PER DAY.

If you are trying to put on muscle mass you are looking at 1.6-1.8 grams per kilo (your body mass) PER DAY.

Remember a variety of proteins is beneficial, from plant base to animal proteins. Yet everyone is different, I find some animal proteins agreed better with my digestion than others. My suggestion is to explore the variety and see what works best for your BODY.
