Before creating anything, we sat together in a little cacao ceremony, letting our hearts soften and our energy settle. A moment to become present, connected, and open. A moment to breathe as one.

From that space, we’re beginning to co-create.
Ideas flowing, hands moving, inspiration weaving itself between us.

This is where The Sisterhood Collective truly begins — in presence, in intention, and in that quiet magic that happens when women gather with open hearts.

More to come… and we can’t wait to share it.

What’s meant for you doesn’t always feel easy ~ sometimes it unravels you first.

I read something earlier today that said nothing meant for us will ever require us to lower our energy or question our values… and while the sentiment was lovely, it didn’t quite sit right with me.

Because sometimes what’s meant for us is triggering.
It shakes loose the old patterns and protective walls we built to survive.
It can throw us into a tailspin ~ confusion, emotion, resistance ~ not because it’s wrong, but because it’s working.
It’s stirring what’s ready to be healed.

It doesn’t ask us to abandon who we are ~ it asks us to meet the parts we’ve been avoiding.
Growth doesn’t always feel peaceful.
Sometimes it’s messy, emotional, and uncomfortable.
But that doesn’t mean we’re out of alignment ~ it means truth is surfacing.
It means energy is moving.
It means something sacred is breaking open.

✨ Ask yourself:
Am I truly out of alignment… or just being asked to grow beyond my comfort?

✨ Revisiting this beautiful reflection that still gives me goosebumps…

Each Reiki session unfolds uniquely, and witnessing someone experience energy moving so vividly through their body and spirit is such an honour. 💜

Moments like this deepen my calling.. to hold space for healing, awakening, and reconnection to one’s inner light.

Yesterday I had my first Reiki session with Heather Marshall at The Reiki Experience and it was absolutely incredible.

On my short walk there from work I got alittle sign (if you have read some of
My posts you would know why this would be considered a sign for me). At first I noticed it enough to take a picture and didn’t think much more than that until after my session. I actually was going to drive over but decided to walk instead.

During the session I felt explosions of energy emitting throughout my body. At one point when Heather was working on my heart chakra I felt a “pop” and a what felt like a rush of liquid energy tingle down my entire left side. This continued on for the rest of the session. With my eyes closed I could feel the spinning of my third eye charka which Heather described as magnetic and the release of energy throughout my legs and entire body. The entire experience left me in awe. Heather is quiet amazing and provides an experience above and beyond.

A supernova is what happens when a star explodes. The energy released from a supernova is one of the most powerful forces in the universe.
Upon looking up a supernova I was lead to someone describing something called a supernova soul something I haven’t heard of, but once I heard it explained I knew that it was more than just a sign ❤️❤️❤️❤️
